Responsibilities Respond to pre-sales enquiries regarding product availability, lead times, and pricing. Create and maintain customer and item records in the system. Process sales orders and amendments accurately and promptly. Monitor order status and provide updates to customers. Coordinate payment matters and shipping arrangements with customers.
