Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and detailβoriented person with great communication and problem solving skills to handle order processing and customer service for our customers/sales rep/project managers. This person will have 3 to 5 years of sales, customer service or account management experience serving Asia customers, preferably with knowledge of logistics, procurement and CRM/ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Receive, audit and enter customer purchase orders
- Check orders against inventory and forecast
- Work with distributors, sales reps and project managers to resolve PO issues
- Create and Issue PO to suppliers
- Shipments Coordination to supplier/factory
- Work with Planning, Logistics and IT to resolve order logistics issues
- Communicate order status to distributors, sales reps, project managers and track to delivery
- Maintain order status/tracking log
