The Order Management & Customer Support Specialist is responsible for accurately processing customer orders, supporting sales representatives, managing inventory allocation, and ensuring compliance with company procedures related to account setup and product quality reporting.
Responsibilities
+ Enter customer orders received via email from sales representatives with a high level of accuracy.
+ Review and validate order details to ensure completeness and compliance with company guidelines.
