We are seeking a highly motivated Order & Contract Manager (Danish OR Swedish speaking) to join our client's team. This role is central to ensuring the management of contracts, compliance with company policies, and the efficient processing of customer orders. You will work closely with finance, sales, legal, and operations teams.
Main responsibilities
Contract Management
Maintain, update, and standardize contract templates
Manage contract renewals, amendments, and terminations
Monitor contract performance, compliance, and profitability
Compliance Monitoring
Ensure contracts adhere to company policies and legal/regulatory standards
Stay updated on changes in laws or regulations affecting contracts
Educate stakeholders on compliance and financial implications
Order Processing & Operations
