Job Description
Job Title: Oral Surgeon
Department: Clinical
Reports to: Chief of Specialty
FLSA Status: Exempt
Compensation Information: $1200 daily rate for first 3 months OR 43-47% collectible-production (greater amount paid bi-weekly)
Benefits:
+ PTO: 1.54 hours accrued for every 40 hours worked. Accrual rate increases based on tenure.
+ Sick Leave: 1 hour earned for every 30 hours worked. 40 hour max
+ Holidays: 8 paid holidays (eligible for Full Time positions only)
+ Health, Vision and Dental Insurances and other ancillary benefit plans
+ 401(K)
