About the Role

As the Head & Neck Fellow, you will gain extensive experience across the full range of ablative procedures, including:

• Advanced and complex salvage Head & Neck cases
• Close collaborative working with ENT and Maxillofacial Consultants for reconstructive pathways and multidisciplinary care
• Experience the full clinical pathway—from initial presentation, MDT discussion, to surgery, postoperative care, and long‑term follow‑up
• High‑volume weekly theatre lists dedicated to Head & Neck, thyroid, and parathyroid cases
• Working alongside 16 OMFS Consultants
• Access to a fully equipped maxillofacial laboratory, including in‑house 3D planning and wafer construction
