Lead business and functional workshops for CC&B, CCS, and MDM modules
- Own end-to-end solution architecture aligned with Oracle best practices and regulatory standards.
- Configure core CCS/C2M modules including Billing, Rates, Payments, Credit & Collections, Metering, Budgets, and Financials covering Usage, VEE, Estimation, Aggregation, Measuring Components, and Device Configuration.
- Develop custom solutions using OUAF (Algorithms, Batch Jobs, Business Services, BO/MO, Change Handlers, UI Maps, Zones, Portals).
- Implement integrations using XAI inbound services, outbound messaging, filebased interfaces, OSB, and external systems (e.G., Salesforce).
- Lead data conversion strategy, mapping, validation, and mock conversions using best and efficient practices.
- Support testing cycles (ST, SIT, UAT, Bill parallel, Regression and performance), deployments, upgrades, and P1/P2 production incidents.
