Position Summary

We are seeking a Senior Consultant with proven Oracle Learning Cloud and Talent Management configuration experience to own the OLC workstream on our regional implementations. Oracle Learning Cloud is the primary module; Oracle Performance Management and Goal Management are secondary. You will configure end-to-end, from catalogue architecture through assignment rules to compliance reporting, and collaborate with the broader HCM delivery team.

What You Will Do

• Design the learning catalogue architecture — making the catalogue structure, community membership, access control, and Catalog Administration Profile decisions that determine what learners see before a single course is created.
• Configure the full range of Oracle Learning content types — self‑paced modules, instructor‑led offerings, blended learning with sequenced activities and prerequisites, and Specialisations as multi‑course learning journeys.
