Job Description

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Engineer. 
Position type: Contract (9 months)

Location: (Charlotte, Dallas, Minneapolis, Chandler, Des Moines, Columbus, Raleigh, San Antonio, Washington DC)

Hybrid: (3 days onsite/ 2 day remote)



As an Oracle Identity Manager (OIM) Engineer, what you’ll Do:

  • Design and implement OIM-based IAM solutions.
  • Manage Joiner-Mover-Leaver lifecycle processes.
  • Configure user provisioning, de-provisioning, reconciliation.
  • Perform OIM migration across environments (VM/DC).
  • Work on OIM/SOA/WebLogic upgrades (12c ? 14c).
  • Integrate OIM with: Active Directory / LDAP RACF Databases / SQL HR systems
  • Implement RBAC / access governance.
  • Enforce SoD, password policies.
  • Troubleshoot provisioning & performance issues.
