Role Summary
The Oracle HCM Data Migration Consultant will be responsible for leading and executing Oracle HCM Cloud data migration activities for large-scale enterprise implementations. The role involves managing end-to-end data migration processes, ensuring data quality, validation, reconciliation, and seamless integration across HR systems and business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle HCM Cloud data migration activities for enterprise implementations and transformation projects. Perform extraction, cleansing, transformation, validation, and loading of HR data into Oracle HCM Cloud. Manage migration of HR data domains including Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent Management. Utilize Oracle HCM migration tools such as HDL and HCM Extracts for large-scale data migration projects. Ensure data accuracy, integrity, reconciliation, and compliance throughout migration cycles.
