• Three years of experience in Fusion HCM Applications with specific Experience in Profiles and Career Development and any of the other two modules such as Performance, Goal Management, Compensation. Succession Management.
• Secure experience in supporting monthly and quarterly updates impact analysis, testing, configuring system for critical business cycle rollouts.
• Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM co-existence environment
• Understanding and essential Experience on HCM Data Loader
• Hands-on Experience in Fusion BI Publisher, Fast Formula, DFF – Flex Fields configurations, Security Console (Role configurations), ESS Scheduler, and Sandbox.
• Identifying and address client needs, build solid relationships with clients, and communicate with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner.
