Role Overview

A leading UK organisation is undertaking a major ERP transformation, replacing a legacy SAP ECC platform with Oracle Fusion Cloud across Finance, Procurement, and HCM.

This role is a senior transformation leadership position , accountable for delivering the end-to-end finance workstream — from current-state assessment through to future-state design, implementation, and post-go‑live stabilisation.

The objective is to deliver a modern, standardised, and compliant finance operating model , leveraging Oracle best practices rather than replicating legacy processes.
