Project Description:

The opportunity is with one of the leading Australian banks. The team operates across multiple geographic locations. Technologies utilized include Oracle WebLogic, OWC, JOLT, and SALT.

Responsibilities

• :- Provide Level 2 and Level 3 support for applications on Oracle WebLogic Server and Tuxedo environments
• .- Monitor application health, analyze logs, and address incidents, service requests, and problem tickets within established SLAs
• .- Conduct root cause analysis for recurring issues and implement permanent resolutions
• .- Ensure system availability, reliability, and optimize performance
• .- Analyze business requirements to deliver application enhancements and resolve defects
• .- Modify and deploy services using JOLT and SALT integrations within Tuxedo environments
• .- Develop and maintain configurations for WebCenter (OWC) services
