Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Lead

Responsibilities


+ Lead Engineer / Tech Lead: Own end to end technical delivery for Splash BI implementations.

+ Perform architecture reviews and guide design decisions with minimal oversight.

+ Lead code reviews and enforce engineering best practices.

+ Identify technical risks early and recommend mitigation strategies.

+ Serve as a technical point of contact between engineering, delivery, and business teams.

+ Operational & Production Readiness: Support production BI environments.

+ Troubleshoot data issues, failed loads, and reporting discrepancies.

+ Apply strong understanding of change management, releases, and cutover planning.

+ Create and maintain Runbooks and technical documentation.

+ Maintain data lineage and reconciliation guides.
