Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing technical and functional requirements and help translate them into software solutions.
• Learn to understand dependencies with other systems and teams.
• Support the design, development, and integration of third‑party components, including participating in system testing and installations.
• Help develop automation scripts to assist with installations, configuration, tuning and maintenance of database management systems.
• Provide technical assistance to colleagues and help resolve problems reported by team members.
• Contribute to the preparation of user documentation, installation guides and operating procedures.
• Participate in supporting delivered software and be part of a collaborative problem‑solving team.
