The role exists to ensure that every Oracle instance is highly available (RAC / Data Guard), fully recoverable (RMAN, Data Guard, Flashback), performance‑tuned, securely configured, and continuously compliant with DoH Abu Dhabi, ADHICS v2, and internal cybersecurity controls.
