Position Summary/ Department Summary:
Maintains inventory of specialized surgical supplies and equipment for assigned services. Monitors usage, establishes inventory par levels and orders and restocks needed items. Arranges and monitors equipment maintenance and repair services. Maintains records, monitors purchase and repair costs and assists in selection and introduction of new supplies and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitors and maintains surgical supply inventories (including implants, devices, and tables), ensuring availability for scheduled cases and adjusting par levels as needed.

Oversees ordering, receiving, inspecting, and verifying supplies; resolves discrepancies with Purchasing and vendors.

Distributes, restocks, and organizes inventory in storage areas, ensuring proper rotation, packaging, and labeling of supplies.
