We are seeking an experienced Optima Trainer to support the implementation of a new rostering platform across the organisation. Working with the Project Office and external contractors, you will deliver training, support system adoption, and assist with the development of policies, SOPs, and training materials.

Experience using Optima (Loop/SafeCare) is preferred; however, experienced IT Systems Trainers will also be considered.

This role requires extensive travel across the UK, including regular overnight stays away from home, therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. A car allowance is provided. The role is offered on a 6 months fixed term basis.
