**Position Summary...**
**What you'll do...**
**Signing Bonus:**
You will receive a signing bonus in the amount of $10,000.00, less applicable deductions to be paid in two (2) installments. Payment schedule is as follows:
• $5,000.00 will be paid to you after 90 days of continuous employment.
• $5,000.00 will be paid to you after 12 months of continuous employment.
If your commitment to Walmart changes for any reason, if you voluntarily terminate your employment, or if Walmart terminates your employment for a cause prior to your two year employment anniversary, you will be responsible for the full repayment of the sign on bonus. The sign-on bonus payments are taxable income and will be reduced for required withholding taxes.
