Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and oversee daily fleet maintenance operations, ensuring vehicles are serviced, maintained, and ready for use

  • Monitor operational performance, track KPIs, and ensure service levels are consistently met or exceeded

  • Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce downtime

  • Recruit, onboard, train, and manage technicians and operational staff across locations
