Key Responsibilities:

• Teach undergraduate (MBBS) and postgraduate (MS/DOMS/DNB) students per the medical council curriculum.
  

• Conduct and supervise lectures, practicals, clinical teaching, and seminars.
  

• Manage outpatient and inpatient services in the Ophthalmology department.
  

• Perform and assist in surgeries such as cataract, glaucoma, squint, etc.
  

• Guide and evaluate PG thesis work and academic progress.
  

• Maintain academic records, prepare internal assessments, and support exam-related responsibilities.
  

• Participate in institutional committees and quality initiatives.
