Ophthalmic Staff Nurse

Location: University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust (279)
Deliver patient centred care to Ophthalmic patients in the Outpatients Department.
Assess, plan and implement patient care seeking guidance when appropriate and utilising OPD systems.
Provide effective health education to patients and relatives.
Achieve the highest possible standard of care delivery in accordance with the Trust's Strategy for Nursing and Midwifery.
Promotes best clinical and professional practice.
Promotes the health and well-being of patients.
Maintains effective communication with people about routine and daily activities.
Delivers evidence-based nursing care.
