Job Description

Your Contribution

  • Lead and deploy Operational Excellence (OPEX) initiatives by applying continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Kaizen, SMED, 5S) to optimize site performance.

  • Ensure the deployment and compliance of the Mahle Production System (MPS), including preparation for and successful completion of internal and external audits.

  • Coordinate and manage TISAX certification and recertification, with a particular focus on OT systems (industrial IT).

  • Monitor and analyze performance indicators (PPI, IPCO Technical), identify improvement opportunities, and lead cross-functional projects.

  • Work closely with production and support functions to support industrialization, problem-solving, and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
