**Job Description**

We are seeking a motivated 2nd Shift Operator Technician who is eager to develop into a Maintenance Technician. Initially starting as a Finish Technician, you will be responsible for setting up machines and responding to malfunctions within a specified department. Your role will involve troubleshooting and minor repairs, collaborating with Maintenance Technicians for complex issues, and educating other operators to minimize repetitive errors.

**Responsibilities**

+ Set up and operate finishing machines.
+ Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on equipment.
+ Collaborate with Maintenance Technicians on complex troubleshooting.
+ Educate and guide operators to prevent machine errors.
+ Respond promptly to radio calls and communicate professionally.
+ Maintain and monitor equipment such as hydraulic/pneumatic pumps, spray guns, hoses, conveyors, ovens, and more.
