Job Description
- Responsible for daily events and long-term planning of F&B events (F&B experience)
- Responsible for all VIP visits and their good deployment
- Responsible for F&B service for VIP visits and lunches
- Ensure all kitchen / F&B service team is on target with deadlines relative to upcoming events / visits
- Ensure all events / VIP visits are ORX 30 minutes prior to guests’ arrival
- Responsible for weekly Academy cleaning walkthrough and follow up on campus cleanliness.
- Responsible for monthly Academy maintenance walkthrough and follow up on campus repairs
- Responsible for beverage control and inventory on a monthly basis
- Responsible to safeguard the Academy and its population against COVID-19 by actively checking updated government advisories and proposing/implementing new measures to secure the Academy
