• Head the Operations & Logistics Department, including Operations, Warehouse & Logistic.
• Manage the department's entire spectrum of operations, warehousing and logistics tasks, responsibilities and administration.
• Handle licence and halal application and renewal.
• Coordinate with Retail Points, arranging operations, deliveries and restocks.
• Track and update inventory of finished goods, raw materials, in‑comings and out‑comings.
• Support and coordinate daily operations & warehousing administration work and inventory and supplier orders processing.
• Communicate with suppliers, logistics and cargo partners regarding orders, invoices, deliveries, collections planning and updates.
• Perform inventory, stock lists, stock taking and operate the HQ and Retail POS and Warehouse system.
