Job Description:

• Maintain project governance artifacts (timeline, status report, action tracker)
• Support end-to-end project execution (initiation, planning, tracking, and closure) across Ops Transformation initiatives
• Monitor project progress and coordinate across stakeholders (Operations, IT, Product, Compliance, etc.)
• Prepare dashboards and reports to track transformation KPIs (e.g., STP, SLA, productivity)
• Support preparation of materials for meetings, workshops, and steering committees
• Ensure proper documentation and follow-up on action items
• Deliver project status report / dashboard and action tracker

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
• 2–3 years of experience in: Project management / PMO / Transformation roles/ Operations improvement, process redesign, or digital initiatives
