Responsible for developing and delivering learning solutions for the assigned client group(s) within operations and providing on-going coaching and feedback to ensure associates have the necessary skills to meet the requirements of their position.
What a typical day looks like:
Delivers new hire training and other training programs to assigned client groups.
Evaluates training to ensure effectiveness and that associates have the necessary skills to perform job duties.
Maintains business relationships with management liaisons to ensure feedback on process and results of the training are incorporated into the ongoing curriculum.
Conducts classroom and On-the-Job Training for operators and technicians when the need arises.
