Job Description
Role Summary:
The Operations Technician is responsible for executing operational tasks related to the disassembly, inspection, repair, testing, and maintenance of mechanical seals and associated equipment. They also provide support to QRC operations, technical assistance to the commercial team, and field service, ensuring compliance with corporate standards.
Responsibilities
Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble mechanical seals.
Perform testing and maintenance of mechanical seals and related equipment.
Carry out field services as required.
Provide technical assistance to the sales team when needed (site visits, technical support, application review).
Conduct periodic visits to strategic customers for technical follow‑up and to strengthen the commercial relationship.
