We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Operation and Sales Support person to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, staying organized, and supporting a fast-paced sales environment. You’ll be the first point of contact for walk-in customers and play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter and in our showroom

Process and close out customer will-call purchases accurately

Answer incoming phone calls and route inquiries to appropriate sales staff

Provide basic product information and support to customers as needed

Maintain organized and accurate records of orders and transactions

Assist with administrative tasks including email correspondence (Outlook) and data entry
