The Manager – Customer Support (S2P/P2P) is responsible for leading high volume Procure-to-Pay operations while supporting upstream sourcing activities. This role ensures seamless support across sourcing, supplier onboarding, contracting, procurement operations, invoicing and payments while delivering high quality customer and vendor experience.
