Provide administrative support, Japanese cultural analysis, and Japanese-English interpretation and translation services. Provide administrative support, including bilateral coordination, scheduling, travel, access, security verification, and other logistical support requests. Organize and conduct preparatory sessions that includes a collection of related biographies, draft information papers and talking points, and assemble necessary background information.
