Job Purpose

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a technical training centre. This role ensures that training operations run efficiently and align with engineering, manufacturing, and safety standards, while maintaining a structured, compliant, and well-controlled environment for employees, learners, and contractors.

• Oversee daily training centre operations to ensure uninterrupted delivery
