Position Overview

This position is responsible for assisting the Manager, Operations in the day to day maintenance, appearance and physical operation of the buildings and exterior grounds at our Yonge Eglinton Centre. Ensure that building, mechanical systems and equipment are properly maintained to high standards and all reporting requirements are met.

Responsibilities

• Regular inspections of interior and exterior common areas of the assigned properties. Duties include inspecting parking lot, landscaping, waste and service areas/rooms, interior mall space, etc. to ensure cleanliness and high standard of functionality and appearance, including weekly inspection of all valve rooms including anchor stores and report findings on Fire Protection Inspection Form.
