We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Operations Supervisor at Hornsey.

What you will be doing

• Supervising a team of operatives and drivers.
• Ensuring all team members are motivated and treated fairly and consistently.
• Planning and taking action to achieve service level targets.
• Educating the team on business goals and service objectives.
• Ensuring team follows safe, secure and operationally compliant working practices during the shift.

Working hours : 40 hours per week

Shift pattern : Monday – Friday 07:00 – 16:00 day shift, Monday – Friday 12:30 – 21:30 back shift

Salary : £16.57 per hour
