Job Requirements

• 1–2 years of pure insurance experience (billing, account management, or policy servicing).
• Minimum 2–3 years of contact center experience, with at least 1 year in leadership role/supervisory.
• Onsite Nightshift.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the insurance account team ensuring efficient workflow.
• Assist in developing and implementing operational policies and procedures.
