**Job Description** :

The **Operations Supervisor** is a shop floor leadership role at our Baltimore MD Point Blvd facility, overseeing a fleet of approximately 903 units and a team of approximately 18 employees across one shift. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Operations, this role is a return to a full shop supervisor function, responsible for all shift-level operations including technician management, workflow coordination, quality, safety, asset maintenance, and customer relationship management. This is also a development role intended to prepare high-performing incumbents for advancement into an Operations Manager position.
