Job Summary

The Operations Specialist will provide operational, analytical, and administrative support to demand response programs focused on reducing electric consumption during critical grid demand periods. This role supports customer enrollment, event operations, settlements processing, vendor coordination, reporting, and operational tracking activities across the full demand response lifecycle. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing high volumes of communications, data analysis, and operational workflows in a fast-paced environment.
