We’re looking for a hands-on Project & Production Manager to oversee manufacturing operations and manage projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
• Coordinate with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support smooth project execution
• Oversee shop drawings, project documentation, and change orders
• Identify project risks and implement solutions proactively
• Supervise daily plant operations, including machine shop, shipping/receiving, and inventory management
