As an Operations Project Manager, you will work closely with the CEO and cross-functional teams, focusing on production, purchasing, and engineering. This role demands at least 3 years of management experience in operations within a high-growth company.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own and drive cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Design and implement operational improvement systems
• Manage new operational initiatives with diverse stakeholders
• Identify and resolve roadblocks while optimizing processes
• Document processes and maintain standard operating procedures
Requirements:
