Key Responsibilities

• Provides leadership, coaching, and process improvement initiatives to all franchisees
• Works closely with Franchise Managing Directors and branch managers
• Ensures compliance with corporate and regulatory procedures (Pilferage, Fraud Prevention, etc.) by implementing and monitoring operational processes
• Manages and directs the franchise retail stores closely
• Ensures efficient delivery of products and services to the Franchise Retail operation.
• Implements franchisors policies and procedures.
• Familiar with complex POS and inventory system, practices, and procedures.
• Provides continuous improvement to the quality and service of Franchise stores.
• Maintains a positive relationship with Franchisees, store managers, suppliers, and contractors
