Reporting to the Operations Director, this position is responsible for the overall plants / facilities
management, operations and maintenance, whilst ensuring optimal operational plant performance
and product production in accordance with set KPIs, product specification and quality conformance
of the water treatment plant(s) within the area of responsibility.
This position will be based in Witbank.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS

• Oversee and manage respective Plant Managers, Production & Maintenance teams within the area of responsibility
• Ensure compliance to contractual quality and quantity KPIs for respective contracts
• Ensure adherence and compliance to our and Client HSE standards on all sites
• Take accountability for Safety Performance in accordance with the MHSA/OSHA legal appointment
• Implement operational systems, processes, controls and reporting for respective plants / facilities
