**Job Responsibilities**

+ Manage and track health system project milestones, timelines, and deliverables in direct alignment with MSA commitments, ensuring all contractual obligations are met on time and within scope
+ Indirectly supervise and develop laboratory operations staff across assigned health system sites, providing performance coaching, mentorship, and accountability to build high-performing and engaged teams.
+ Partner with the Sr Director and Regional Directors to implement workflow improvements, standardization initiatives, and cost reduction strategies; translate strategic directives into actionable site-level plans.
