POSITION SUMMARY:

Assist with managing district operations to include, scheduling jobs, oilfield service and rental equipment, personnel and financial reports while complying with company policies and procedures.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Develop and maintain an organization to meet or exceed District objectives.

Proactively participate in the safety process to promote safe working conditions and ensure adherence to regulatory, government, and company compliance.

Coordinate pricing and bids of rental jobs through upper management and sales.

Monitor job quality to ensure efficient delivery of equipment, services, job safety, and monitor adherence to standard operating procedures.

Monitor performance of all subordinates through close personal contact to ensure achievement of established performance standards and identify personnel with promotion potential.
