Duties
- Curate and oversee every aspect of the guest experience, from arrival to departure, ensuring an atmosphere of refined ultra luxury
- Uphold Michelin Key standards and elevate service benchmarks beyond expectation
- Inspire and guide departmental leaders to achieve operational brilliance and collaborative synergy
- Safeguard the elegance of rooms, public spaces, and facilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Champion guest recognition, VIP experiences, and bespoke service recovery
- Drive operational productivity, cost discipline, and revenue optimisation
- Contribute to strategic budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
- Ensure compliance with governance, financial controls, and statutory obligations
- Cultivate, mentor, and empower teams to embody the spirit of ultra luxury hospitality
- Represent Operations at the highest level of executive forums
