Job Description

Are you an experienced Municipal Operations Manager, working within the recycling recovery industry sector?

Summary of the Role:

About the Role

  • £58,198 as a basic salary + Car / Car Allowance + up to 10% Bonus + Benefits
  • Can be based at either Bridgwater, Evercreech, Williton or Yeovil

    • What will I be doing?

  • You’ll oversee service delivery, use data to monitor performance, and build strong relationships with local authority partners and stakeholders.
  • You’ll also play a key role in workforce planning, employee relations, and engagement, fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive working environment while maintaining positive relationships with recognised Trade Unions.
