Job Description
- Oversee and support daily operations across multiple outlets, ensuring seamless and consistently elevated service standards
- Maintain an active floor presence, stepping into service where needed to uphold operational excellence
- Champion a refined service culture and ensure memorable guest experiences, including VIP occasions and private events
- Conduct regular operational walk‑throughs to ensure adherence to SOPs, presentation standards, cleanliness, and service flow
- Plan and optimise staffing rosters to ensure thoughtful manpower allocation and operational efficiency
- Guide, coach, and develop Restaurant Managers and supervisory teams to uphold high performance standards
- Lead structured briefings, training sessions, and shift handovers to reinforce service excellence
