Job Description

Facility Production Supervisor – (Shop Floor Leadership & Blueprints)

  • 5 or more years of manufacturing leadership experience to drive excellence across our operations is required for this position

  • Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, ensuring that our production output aligns perfectly with engineering specifications as well for this position

  • This role requires a proven track record of leading production supervisors and shop floor teams while maintaining a deep technical understanding of our processes

  • Pay is up to $85,000

  • Must be a United States citizen or Green Card holder

  • No remote as this is an onsite position

  • Full-time, permanent, W-2 employee

  • Full benefits

  • No relocation

  • Located in the Richfield, WI area
