Job Description
The primary function of the Operations Manager is coordinating and managing all Parts and Service of the Dock & Door operations and to ensure the operations achieve the Company's customer service, safety, and profitability goals. You will be managing the day-to-day operations and be accountable for assets, budgets, profitability and personnel. Develop, communicate, enforce and monitor effective processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction. This role will be observing the workloads for the technicians and scheduling as well as supervising the technicians and office staff on daily service operations. Communicate with office staff, Field Service Advisors, technicians, CSS/sales and resolve customerβs issues. Works under minimal supervision; a wide degree of latitude and independent judgment are required in the performance of position objectives.
