Overview

A leading aluminum manufacturing company situated in Richards Bay is urgently seeking the expertise of an experienced Operations Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities

  • The Operations Manager reports directly to the Managing Director and is responsible for coordinating and leading the development and execution of strategies and operational activities of the Workshop, Warehouse, Projects, Engineering, Safety and Quality teams. This role sets the context for the output team to ensure their combined efforts are directed towards the delivery of the strategic plan of the company.
  • A major focus of this role is to manage people and systems to achieve the best possible outcomes while achieving safety, environment, quality and cost objectives.
